Broker/Owner Sonia Hart has 15 years combined experience as a Landlord and a Real Estate Broker working equally with Buyers and Sellers in the residential and commercial marketplace. Sonia Hart is also a HUD certified broker, Loss Mitigation Certified (LMC) and a "green" designated broker. Our company's goal is to guide you through the transaction process of purchasing, disposing, leasing or rental of property in as sooth a manner as possible. This includes educating the consumers and providing access to all necessary resources. Our team consist of real estate agents and contractors with varying degrees of expertise.
